Workshops

All Kipper Tie workshops are conducted by a fully qualified drama teacher.

We offer sessions suitable for key stages 1 to 4 and GCSE, A-Level, GNVQ and BTEC Theatre Studies syllabuses. Kipper is committed to empowering young voices, facilitating learning and expression and to the use of drama to increase self-esteem and personal development.

Past workshops have involved professional theatres and theatre companies, primary and secondary schools, sixth form colleges, universities and adult education centres.

Projects have varied in length from one day to several weeks and have covered play writing and directing, educational workshops on music appreciation, making music, speech and drama, creative writing, performance technique, technical workshops, exam preparation and practice and backstage work.
